Production Base



The production facility in Jinzhou mainly produces solar modules. It is the first manufacturer of monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar modules in northeast China who integrates R&D, production and sales. The module workshops in Jinzhou currently have an annual production capacity of 1.7GW. The factory can provide high-end monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules used for household with power of 65W-270W and for industry with power of 270W-410W in Japan market. It introduced tile modules to realize the integration of roof building power generation; Besides, the factory achieved further breakthrough in IBC high efficient modules. Through years of cooperation with SHARP and strict control of production quality, our product quality ranks forefront of the industry, with world-class manufacturing level, gained unanimous praise and acknowledgement by domestic and foreign customers. Various modules have obtained German TUV certificate, German VDE certificate, Japanese JET certificate, Chinese CQC certificate and the most authoritative product safety UL certificate in the United States.




Newly launched module factory, Chuanghui Factory, in May 2018 takes high-efficiency and precision as production standards, realizing real-time mutual interaction between physical level and IT system through automation and informatization and adopting intelligent cloud management mode based on big data. Glass, EVA, frame, junction box and other materials are loaded centralizedly and automatically, to achieve a high workshop cleanliness level of 300 thousand; The latest series welding machine, automatic taping machine, deviation correcting machine, end welding machine and other automatic equipment made by first-line supplier in China; The design of high-altitude production line and double layer laminator can effectively save space and improve production efficiency per unit area.
