Jiangsu Yueyang Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd was founded in July, 2019. Its registered capital is 100 million RMB. Jinzhou Yangguang Energy Co., Ltd, who mainly produces solar modules, is the shareholder of Jiangsu Yueyang Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.

The company, located in No. 777, Tangqiao Road, High-Tech Economic Zone, Jianhu county, Jiangsu province, covers more than 373000 m2. By the end of 2022, it has realized 7GW(with 10GW in construction) annual production capacity. The company’s workshop is capable to compatibly produce 5BB/6BB/9BB modules, full cell and half-cell modules, conventional and double glass modules.

The company is equipped with industrial leading automation standard and advanced intelligent production lines, thus operators in lines were substantially reduced and the workers’ labor intensity was reduced by more than 80%. Its core automatic equipment includes automatic soldering machine, robot type-setting machine, ribbon soldering machine, full-automatic laminator, automatic framing system, automatic glue-potting system, EL double-sided appearance tests all-in-one machine, automatic junction box soldering machine and classified material unloading manipulator. One production cycle of the whole line takes only 25 seconds and annual capacity per line is 300MW. The production process is under real-time control, and by means of real-time monitoring the operation site, response in time. According to the real-time data collected by MES and other systems, timely summary and analysis could be realized, thus quick statistical analysis to production, equipment, quality, warehouse, staffs, could be achieved, then operation situation could be tracked and dealt with. All equipment is domestically made. The module production line reaches the first-class high-end level throughout the whole China.
